Service Desk Pay As You Go

The Pay As You Go Plan is designed for companies who would like to have timely access to technical support should a technical issue arise, but aren’t sure of their usage pattern, or will use the service infrequently.

This means, for a small monthly retainer, you keep your account open and use it whenever you feel like. It’s great for the odd task every now and then.

  • Our support team will react quickly to your problems, whether it is hardware or software with a response within 4 hours.
  • Time will be charged on an hourly rate in increments of 15 minutes.
  • Our remote management services allow us to quickly rectify many of the problems without the necessity of an on-site visit. This saves you time and money.

Managed Services Plans

Your servers, workstations and networks need regular care to perform at their optimal level. Lanrex’s Managed Services plans ensure that your server, workstation and network health is monitored on a daily basis.  Issues can be addressed prior to affecting your business operations.  Our network support team will analyse and resolve network products quickly and effectively, often remotely, ensuring that there is minimal disturbance to your business.

  • Managed Server Plans - we offer three Server Management plans that include critical monitoring and maintenance required on a regular basis.  All of our plans include 24/7 system monitoring.
     

  • Managed Workstation Plans - we provide a complete solution for supporting and managing the overall health of each workstation/laptop in your company. Our Managed Workstation plans ensure that your computers are functioning properly, protected, and secure against technology threats and disasters. Computers are in your office to help you run more efficiently and Lanrex ensures that is possible around the clock.
     

  • Managed Network Plan - a Network Managed Services plan is a required for the main location of all managed services clients. Additional plans are also required for each additional office/location.
