Initial Needs Analysis

Network Audit and Report
Lanrex can perform comprehensive network audits. These audits include a complete documentation that not only records physical hardware and software installed, network configuration and warranty information, but also a performance review of the system to ensure the proper utilization of the IT system.

This information is crucial in maintaining a business network and assists in planning for future growth.

Systems, Services and Network Design
These services include the design or re-design of systems such as messaging and knowledge management. The design of Local and Wide Area networks by utilising switching, routing and management technologies. The design may include technology selection, vendor selection, infrastructure design, carrier selection, design drawings and documentation.

System Implementations and Upgrades
Once the systems design is complete our experienced team of project managers and technicians will ensure an on time and within budget installation. Including a smooth and well managed transition from your current to new system.

Quarterly Business Review
Our managed services program includes a Quarterly Business Review with your organization. Prior to each QBR Lanrex will audit all alerts and reports generated over the preceding 90 days and prepare a comprehensive analysis of our findings as well as demonstrate areas of cost savings, increased performance, any security vulnerabilities and over all health assessment of your network.

These meetings are designed to help ensure we:

  • Are aligned with your IT business goals and address any changes as they occur; Present all the reports we have captured over the past quarter - ensuring you understand its overall impact to your business

  • Review and update you on all the work completed in the last quarter and discuss project(s) in progress
  • Help identify IT solutions that will address existing and future IT requirements allowing you to ultimately make informed financial decisions.
